THIS IS A COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND WEB HOSTING AGREEMENT.

This agreement states all of the terms and conditions which govern the web sites, software, costs, fees, web hosting, domain name and use of OS PLC.com Internet software.

This agreement entitles the Customer use of the software on a single domain only.

The software is not sold. The customer acknowledges that OS PLC.com owns all intellectual property rights to the software and the software can only be hosted on our servers.

The Customer is prohibited from making any modifications to the web site or software. Any modifications required are charged at the current upgrade rate.

The service charge covers: (1) Use of our software on one domain name. (2) Domain registration fees. (3) Unlimited technical support via email. (4) Web hosting. (5) 25mb web space per site.

The monthly service charge must be paid monthly in advance either by cheque or standing order. We reserve the right to suspend overdue accounts. Overdue accounts not brought up to date within 60 days will be terminated. Cheques returned by the bank as unpaid will attract a £25 surcharge to cover costs.

Service charges paid yearly in advance attract 10% discount.

The set-up charge includes the cost of registering your chosen name, PROVIDING OS PLC.com registers it.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays in you transferring any previously registered domain name to us and therefore reserve the right to suspend our 7 day satisfaction guarantee in this instance.

The Customer may not rent, lease or transfer the web site to any third party without prior permission.

In the advent of an assignment the customer shall continue to be liable for all sums due from the Assignee. Any failure of the assignee to make payment due to OS PLC.com shall not relieve the Customer from his/her obligation to make payments.

OS PLC.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer due any service interruptions caused by any server downtimes or by conditions beyond our control.

No liability whatever is accepted through any loss resulting from suspension or termination through non payment of service charges. (See Service charges paragraph 2 above)

By the Customer submitting their Order, and upon acceptance of the order by OS PLC.com, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understand and agree to all the terms of this Agreement.
